Shipping policy

I am located in Sussex, United Kingdom and ship worldwide using Evri and also Royal Mail.

All products are handmade.  I aim to ship all orders within 1 - 5 business days. However during busy periods this could extend to 7-10 business days. 

Please allow 2 - 6 weeks domestically and 1 - 3 months internationally.

Please note:

Handmade by Ducky is not responsible for delays, damaged or lost mail.  Please ensure that tracking is purchased as you can track your delivery and also are insured for damaged or lost mail.

Please ensure that your address is correct upon checkout.  Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to change your shipping address.  Unfortunately if the item(s) are already shipped I will not be able to change the address.

All orders include a free gift

Shipping estimates are from time of shipment not when order is placed

Business days do not include public holidays or weekends

Overseas orders may incur customs fees.  Handmade by Ducky is not responsible for such fees and they must be paid by the customer upon collection.  This is out of Handmade by Duckys control.

From 1st July 2021 in the EU, import duties, taxes and handling fees will be charged by your relevant customs authority as our prices are not inclusive of these. Please refer to your customs authority for more information on charges prior to purchase.

Please note if you refuse to pay any customs duties on your order then this may be classed as a refused delivery and may not be eligible for any postage refunds. Refunds will only be given when the order has arrived back and unfortunately with refused items, this is not always guaranteed or can take months to return.
