ORDERS

1. How long does it take to make my order?

Every Handmade by Ducky item is handmade to order.  Current processing times are currently 3 - 5 working days.  However these can change and are shown on a banner on the website and are also shown at checkout.  The chances are that you will receive your order before the date shown - you can also email me at ducky@handmadebyducky.com and I can confirm the expected postage date.

2.  Can I change my order?

If your order hasn't started production, please email me as soon as possible and I will do my best to help.  Email is ducky@handmadebyducky.com

Shipping

1.  Do you ship internationally?

Yes!  I currently ship throughout the UK and selected EU countries.

2.  How much is shipping?

Shipping is currently based on your location.  UK postage is £2.99 on all order under £20.00, however if this changes due to increase in prices there will be an update placed on the banner and all customers that sign up to emails will receive notification in advance.

Products

1.  Are you scrunchies handmade?

Yes!  Every scrunchie is handmade by me in the UK using carefully selected fabrics.

2.  Can I wash my scrunchies?

Yes.  We recommend hand washing or using a delicate cycle inside a laundry bag and allowing them to air dry.   Our microfibers can be placed on a 40 washing cycle and can be placed in the tumble drier.
